What Am I

as the time passes by
there I shall lie
never really knowing
about the nightmares that are flowing

it’s just like pulling a lever
that keeps me safe forever
from nightmares like the devil’s lair
and the basements bottom stair

now every night
I have no fright
when it came with a box
and a remover for the window locks

now my sister screams
because of the bad dreams
someone that doesn’t know is her
about my dreamcatcher
