Shamrock valleys stretching across the plains,

Yet now they’re barren, almost dying.

Trees danced happily in the breeze,

Until the fires raged with anger.

The cerulean waters of the ocean,

Now grim with filth, suffocating sea life.

Once sublime temperatures,

Now reaching up to the sky.

Yet still we continue to destroy our world.

Bit by bit,

We throttle the nature that surrounds us.

Our factories churn, while black smoke invades our skies,

Clouding the atmosphere around us.

Unaware of what we risk for the generations to come.

Slowly we devour our world,

Replacing it with towering grey buildings.

Will all this be worth it when this world of ours falls?
