Within these wild walls

Awakening to birds singing in the air,
I'm all alone, and nobody cares.
The water streams peacefully flow,
As I stay on the low.

WHOOSH! I turn to the sound of shuffling from a bush,
I go to move a tree branch, then suddenly, I hear a whisper, “What are you doing, SHUSH!”
A real life human, how did we end up here?
Could it be a trap? I sense a suspicious atmosphere

She speaks yet again with a sassy tone, “Why do you care?”
