Peter Minter

Dr Peter Minter is a leading Australian poet, poetry editor and writer on poetry and poetics. His many poems and books have been widely published nationally and internationally, and he has been the poetry editor of Meanjin and Overland. He was also a founding editor of Cordite, and coedited the groundbreaking anthologies Calyx: 30 Contemporary Poets and the Macquarie PEN Anthology of Aboriginal Literature. He shares Koori and Celtic ancestry, and teaches Creative Writing, Australian Literature and Indigenous Studies at the University of Sydney.
