Memories

Memories that make me smile
Are contained in this little tin.
When I am needing a cheering up,
I pop open the lid and look in.
Inside are some things that remind me of ma,
Gwen, my great-grandmother.
A picture in a frame,
A book to fill in my name,
A spoon and a lace mat,
And a lovely sparkling bracelet.
So next time I need a smile,
I will open this special tin.
Look at all the things inside and
Put a copy of this poem in.
