1.    Before a big day accept and acknowledge 
anxiety – like a barometer measuring         
atmospheric pressure with mercury, water, 
                                                                      air. 

 

2.    Assure yourself it won’t be the end 
of the world. You’ve already 
been there. You’ve seen it for what it is. Stood 
on its edge. And you survived. If 
it is the end, you’ll deal with it then. 

 

3.    Now go to the park. 
Unbutton sky. This is your home-
work. 

 

4.    Practice for ten minutes each day. 

 

5.    Things will get better, I promise.
