Toucan

 I don't know absolutely 

EVERY other bird who can.

But I feel Toucan

does it better.

That is, he can or she can

be two who can

always.

And any extra

little bird that has their can-do

confidence

will be able to lend a hand 

to fly above the can-opy

to can -

the negative.
