30in30 daily poetry commissions
Every day across Poetry Month, 30in30 delivers new original poetry, reflections and writing prompts from some of the country’s leading poets, authors, and spoken word artists.
30in30 is the centrepiece of Poetry Month in regards to new work from across the continent and in 2023 featured original commissions from our Poetry Ambassadors, our Red Room Poetry Fellow Charmaine Papertalk Green, 2023 Emerging Poets in Residence Lulu Houdini and Yirga Gelaw Woldeyes, poetic duets from Tara Moss with Berndt Sellheim, Emily Zoey Baker with Marieke Hardy, and Rebecca Shaw with Freya Daly Sadgrove, plus new lines from poets Andy Jackson, Sara Saleh, Bob Brown, Shastra Deo, Melanie Mununggurr, Mark Mordue, Sukhjit Kaur Khalsa, New Zealand Poet Laureate Chris Tse, previously unpublished poetry from Dorothy Porter and more.
