A Frog's Life

Frogs live anywhere and everywhere, from

Lakes to tree tops, rivers to forestland

They will live wherever they can find worms

Be nice to them and they will climb in your hand

Birds fly, deer run, whales swim and all frogs jump

Frogs jump high and low, they jump fast and slow

200 million years frogs jumped,

More to come if evolution chooses so

Frogs have colours of red to blue and green

Their colours are signs of what they can do

They have poison to defend themselves, clean

Other colours are just for show, too

Frogs are really cool and so are turtles

But at least frogs can jump over hurdles
