A need for appreciation

I walk upon the fallen brown autumn leaves,
as they crunch beneath my feet.
I'd soon be moving to the metropolitan
where the amount of bountiful nature will cease.
No one really appreciates nature anymore;
the serenity, beauty and divine.
We only see nature through the screens of our phones
without realising we're running out of time.
Greenhouse gases are slowly swarming our beloved Earth
Nature is dying all around us
How much longer until we no longer have four distinct seasons?
How long until our innocent nature loses its lust...
