The snowflakes are falling,

By ones and by twos.

There's snow on my jacket,

And snow on my shoes.

The streetcars are like frosted cakes,

All covered up with cold snowflakes.

The chilly breeze on my cheek,

Was just like being on a mountain peak.

No summer days,

The winter stays.

The world around us is full of nature,

So we need to make a major difference.

Our earth is so very beautiful,

And it is worth so many wonderful things.

So our air must be clean,

And our trees should be green,

But most importantly we all must be seen.

I couldn't feel my icy toes,

All dug up in the wintery snow,

But that Arctic breeze,

had nearly made my knees want to freeze.

The glacial weather,

Was no match for my fuzzy warm sweater.

But as I rolled down the frozen white hill,

I almost couldn't move as I felt completely still.

Our mother of trees, oceans and seas,

Was dreadfully in trouble,

And people all over the world,

Had to help this big problem.

Although we do not have much time,

We should all help stop this despicable crime.

Mother Nature is too beautiful to die,

And too wonderful to say goodbye,

So we should enjoy her while she lasts.

The shiny water on her relaxing beaches,

The warmth of her special fire,

The cute world of all the adorable creatures,

And the preciousness of her snowflakes.

Without Mother Nature there would be none of these,

So enjoy it while it lasts.

So no summer days, as the winter stays,

But at least we get to see a stunning snowflake.
