A Walk To Take

My feet stamp on the dirty ground,
Sticks breaking underneath my step,
My focus is on the area all around,
This area needs no more pep.
The sage green bushes dance,
Towering trees block the natural light,
Memories of walking have enhanced,
Altogether making a pleasant sight.
The pale blue lake glistens,
Sliver fish swimming peacefully,
The sun hits the spot; it listens,
Fish dive like dolphins easefully.
I take a deep and calm breath,
The bitter breeze makes my throat sore,
This is where I want to spend my death,
A place like this is a score.
So I stand here with my hot tea,
Taking all the beauty in,
I sip my drink that's 1000 degrees,
And I feel all warm within.
