A world, a life we’re given,
Full of trees and plants,
From the tallest ancient dinosaurs,
To the smallest, marching ants.
From the blue, rushing rivers,
To the trees that proudly stand,
The mountains standing tall,
Casting shadows across the land.
But when humans came along,
Every way of life changed,
We’re polluting our world,
From earth, life slowly drained.
Our rivers turned to oil streams,
Plastic filled the ocean,
Dense forests torn down to the ground,
We’re showing no caring emotion.
Cities taking over our world,
We’re making a huge mistake,
Factories pump black smoke,
Our earth, it feels a painful ache.
