About an earring

Diamond, studded, delicate and bold.
Gold, silver, bow, on my attachment a lightbulb waits.
A translucent jewel as delicate as a glass plate.
I am covered with diamonds, true and fair.
Golden dots, honest affair.
The point put on, I am complete.
In a box, sent to Queen Rowena.
In a new royal life, I remember my jeweller every night.
With a gorgeous gown, at a fancy ball.
A special dance, I am worn.
At Queen Rowena's wedding, a joyful, gleeful sound.
I see a beautiful baby, a sweet one belonging to her majesty.
I am there on her birthday, a new princess has arisen.
A sparrow taking off in the day.
I am given to the princess, a girl of glory.
That's my life, and this its story.
