A precious gem from the earth you came.
Smooth to touch and cool in my palm.
Seemingly to glow like magic from a dragon’s breath.
You fill my heart with awe and wonderment.
As the world frantically moves by I feel peace and calm within.
No more rushing, no more chasing.
“Slow down, slow down!” it calls to me.
Full of life and beauty.
In the dark you illuminate my soul.
