As Above Is Below

Up above wind blows,

down below the river flows,

mountains sing their songs,

the proud fish dance in delight,

soaring birds take flight,

while turtles swim with their might,

shining light guides you,

trees, plants, stones whisper to you,

be free in the wind,

in rest the Earth will hold you.
