Down by the ocean's rocks and pools
At the mercy of the sea
Is where we always go to roam
Just me, my cousins and me
We clamber across the rugged terrain
My heart as free as the sky
Blissfully frolicking across the rocks
Attempting to keep our shirts dry
And shadowed by the towering cliffs
That menacingly stare down
The cormorant perches precariously
We watch him stand tall and proud
The sun completes its marathon
It is time for us to depart
This place to us is one big bank
For cherished memories that live in our hearts.
