Audrey

Audrey is soft toy beagle
She is brown and white and has a little black nose
She has a heart and a brain even though she isn't alive
4 legs, 3 names, 2 ears and a tail
She has a place in my heart where she will always stay
She has the soul of my dog
She was as brave as a lion
But not brave enough to live
She fought but she lost
We wish that she hadn't
I wish she kept on fighting
Now she is gone
I still have her kennel, her collar, her lead and her blanket
I will never forget the time we shared and I will never forget you
You are forever mine
