Bloom And Wither

Flowers I pick go missing in her hair
Bound together by vines, worn like a crown
Her presence is like a breath of fresh air
Our love is the water that makes me drown
We met under the shade of an oak tree
Our eyes met, we grew closer and closer
Intertwined fingers filling me with glee
I fell in love the moment I saw her
To me, she is the sun, the moon and stars
I would cross treacherous seas for her love
No love in this world can compare to ours
Her beauty makes my heart soar like a dove
But now as we lay my love down to rest
Forever in my heart she is a guest
