Bottlebrush trees with red flowers that can’t hurt you.
In the fresh air all the red colour like silks blow through your hair.
The bursting colours can make you fall asleep.
Picture the tree in your mind,
Red, green, brown.
It’s like it’s always on my mind, I know the tree will never leave me.
If you just stand and look, you will see the silks like hair.
All the time I put my head on the trunk, I can feel it wants to be alone, in the rain and enjoy all the rain drops that help it grow.
All the red brushes of flowers land on the ground,
I love it so much and it loves me.
Being alone in the rain I want to help it.
When you sit next to the tree I can feel its love for me.
So, when I am sad, I sit next to it,
Read a story to it and it always makes me happy, it never makes me sad.
