Cassowary

My beak is as strong as a rough rock,
My feet outrun the seconds on a fast clock,
My attack can kill up to 200 people each year,
The casque on my head fills visitors with fear!
My diet is filled with fungi and berries,
But I mostly like to eat lots of cherries,
I have rough scaly long legs,
and I lay large green camouflaged eggs.
I sound like a baby T-Rex on its first roar,
My sound you will definitely NOT adore,
I have shiny long and skinny feathers,
That protect me from every type of weather!
I have round beautiful gleaming eyes,
and my eyelashes protect me from the flies,
I have to jump to get my food,
But if you come near me I might not be in a good mood!
Who am I can you guess?
With vibrant colours I am blessed,
Cassowary is my name,
