Of the Snow gum the leaves sway,
Minutes before humanity chops it away.
Precious flora and fauna goes with it,
Before the bushfire caused by the arsonist.
Many ecosystems collapse,
Life before European settlement relapsed.
Back then everything seemed fine,
Until collapse of Mother Nature was right on the line.
If everything could be the same as it was,
It could be something we would dream of.
If nature could recover and ever be the same,
A chance to save our planet has come.
