Climate, time to revive it

The land is constantly giving birth.
Giving life to all living things on Earth.
Our carelessness and anxieties
Have taken their toll over time.
Her land has become parched and scorched.
As long as man keeps lighting the torch.
We continue to desire speed and convenience.
All while our pesticides are wiping out our bees.
It is time to wake up and recognise Mother Earth's suffering.
The selfishness of humanity is becoming insane.
Her cries will soon turn to gloom.
And man will bring about his own demise.
