Daisies

I ran in the field of yellow and white,
oh, I could do this all day and all night.
Tomorrow do you want to run with me?
Trust me, it will give you so much glee.
But when I wake up at dawn
all the daisies are gone.
I can't believe the sight,
they were the light in the night.
When you come around, we mourn,
we can't believe they are gone.
All droopy and sad,
this is very, very bad.
Then when the sun comes out,
which makes us dance about.
You may be asking why? It's because there's still a daisy,
which makes us turn crazy.
