As the sun set, the leaves took on a faint spherical appearance. There were animals scurrying for shelter and mud splattered all over, but there was one tiny drawback.

A pretty girl alone in the forest, dancing and whirling in the rain, she adores the rain barefoot, oblivious to the twigs that prickle her feet.

Valentine is the name of the lovely girl, and she's always longed to be in the Nutcracker, but her mother is a single mother who can't afford ballet classes. For comfort, she dances in the rain and fantasizes about a magical place.

"Hello, I'm Periwinkle, I spotted you dancing about and felt I had to come and tell you about winter woods fast we must go moving," Periwinkle stated, Valentine hears a little flutter like a butterfly fluttering as she continues to dance and twirl.

Valentine's arms are led by Periwinkle to a great willow tree, and Valentine is brought to her realm. Shrink her to see everything as she sees it. Periwinkle predicts her heart's yearning and takes her flying above the Winter Woods on butterfly wings.

"Welcome to Winter Wonderland, often known as Winter Woods, however I prefer Winter Wonderland. I saw you dancing. Are you a ballerina by chance?" "No, I'm not a ballerina," Valentine said, her head slowly sinking to only look at her feet. "Well, come on, I have some spare pointe shoes that don't fit, take these," Periwinkle said as she fetched the shoes.

Valentine waited for Periwinkle to return with the pointe shoes, then said, "here take these if you ever need me again, say Periwinkle three times now you must go, farewell Valentine." Valentine slowly floated into the air as she waved farewell to Periwinkle. As she winked, everything went dark.
