Deforestation

I stand and watch in despair,

For hours on end as there are trees going away,

Not to be seen another day

DEFORESTATION IS HAPPENING

Left, right and centre,

As the trees get driven out, the animals hear their crying shouts,

To save the forest and their sapling babies

Can anyone stop it now?

Young baby leaves crinkle up,

Never to be seen again...

What was once lush grass is now brown, wet mush
