Dreamcatcher

Hanging on top of my bedframe is a dreamcatcher,
My nightmares are collected and put away,
Where no one will ever see them.
Put in place of the nightmares are dreams,
Happy dreams and memories are put in place,
Giving me blissful and peaceful nights.
The dreamcatcher is a shield against bad dreams,
Bad dreams that want to haunt me.
Catch the nightmares and bring more good dreams,
So that I will be joyful in my sleep.
Hanging over and watching me,
I know I will be protected.
