Fingal

Waves clash and bash against the shore line
Slowly getting rid of the sand
The rocky headland stands out like an odd duck
Trees curl around the shore line, taking a stand
If there is a strong breeze,
The whole beach looks like it is dancing to a band
The ocean waves continue to carve the headland
And every colourful animal finds their home in the seas
The forest slowly crawls around the beach,
We set our eyes on a Pandanus, we call ‘Dad’s Tree’
The lighthouse sits above, telling ships to avoid the rocks
We watch it bare feet, minus any socks
Many dogs lumber around,
Here comes Mali, full speed, inbound
Big wave surfers out the back catch the dream rides
The unlucky ones getting smashed, while the seagull glides
Boards broken in half
Waves continue to crash
The sunset still shines
By the shoreline
