Near vulnerable to extinction our platypus need your help

From losing flood, from the fire to now lose food from the floods 

After the blazing fires before the floods our land was dry 

But now overwatered

After the floods our lands are wet and muddy 

From waterless to waterful our trees are flooded in water

From losing water to now flooded our dams are overflowing

Injured from the fires to now wet and cold in their fur

Dried out leaves now flooded, animals are dying from the floods 

Week roots, trees collapsing flooded ground

Don't stand under a damp tree
