This necklace is expensive
a gold, glooming, glossy chain
that gives me comfort and courage.
It’s precious to me, it could be yours one day.
This necklace is used a lot.
From grandmothers to mothers,
Daughters to sisters.
It will hold memories forever
Like a key fits a lock.
