Warm and cuddly you are
You keep me nice and safe
You are my prized possession
And I take you everywhere

So bright and vivid
So fluorescent and green
But I wear you too much
Plus you are secondhand

I wear you so much
That now you look so dirty
Tomato sauce, barbeque sauce
Even highlighter and paint

Unlike your smaller blue version
Your zippers and pockets still work
But soon you will be worn
And never worn again

Even though you smell so good
You taste as bad as plastic
Even though you are cuddly and squishy
I must say goodbye
