Hervey Bay Medal

The medal always puts a smile on my face.
The ribbon is as red as blood
And the medal is as gold as a sunset.
Whenever I see it, it reminds me of the memories at Hervey Bay
click, click, click the memories fly by my head
of when we won that game.
it is a memory-holder of mine.
If I lost this I would feel very sad and disappointed
because it can’t be replaced.
I still can’t believe we won that touch football game
the emotions were unspeakably happy when you win the
Queensland Junior State cup.
I love it so much because it makes me feel special.
