The Trees:         as a sentinel, watching from above;

                             as a time capsule, holding the past and the future;

                            Home.

The Animals:    as a string holding humans and nature together;

                             as a pair of eyes, watching from every angle;

                            as a way to communicate with Mother Nature;

The Water:        as a doorway to forgotten memories;

                             as a nomad, creating its own path;

                            as a free-flowing spirit, with a life without guidelines;

The Earth:         as a gentle breeze after a deadly storm;

                             as a speck of light in a time of darkness;

                            as a reassuring, warm hug when you hit rock bottom.

The Sky:            as everything but at the same time nothing;

                             as an endless void of opportunity; 

                            as a cornflower-blue shield, protecting everything

from the swallowing blackness beyond.
