It's not too late

I miss the clean air
It is as dirty as a brown bear
Swimming in the ocean
I try not to let out all of my mixed emotion
As I look at the hundreds of tree stumps
I hear another big thump
I try and search for a star in the sky
But I lay trying not to cry
The sound of aeroplanes
It sounds like non-stop cranes
I sigh at the sight of starving animals who have lost their homes
And now they have to roam
We could have prevented this
So many precious vulnerable animals that we are going to miss
What's worse is that ignorant people don’t care
How can you not be aware
Coming off the burning trees is a flare
Cold-hearted people just smile and gaze
As if they were amazed
