It's Only a Matter of Time

It used to be quiet, peaceful.
Animals roamed the land, grazing on the native flora that used to surround them.
Now that is all gone.
Houses and buildings take place of the flowers and plants of which used to flourish there.
Animals are taken away into captivity or can’t survive in the environments that have been created for them.
People preach about change but when anyone challenges the governments intentions or behaviours they are dismissed, judged, and dragged down by others.
Our earth is withering away,
It’s only a matter of time before we are left with nothing.
Look around, look at what we have done.
Look at yourself,
Make a change.
It’s only a matter of time before the world as we know it disappears.
