The iceberg sweats, water trickles down

The sun wakes, peering over the horizon

Wind swirls around the iceberg

Penguins glide gracefully

Sea lions frolic freely

Schools of frightened fish flee

Orcas listen intensely

The temperature is glacial

As the light becomes subtle

The moon sombre, stars mournful,

The iceberg no longer bobbing,

The temperature is slowly changing,

No longer the same.

The night is frozen and still

Animals resting ashore

For their trek ahead to find another home
