Just Another Tree

Just another tree we all say,
Soon they all might just go away.
Never to be treated with care,
Sometimes must feel they want to go elsewhere.

All taken for granted,
Yet not many are being planted.
They shield us from the chocking air,
But all we do is leave them in despair.

Instead of taking their lives,
Let’s start to let them thrive.
And we need to come to see,
That they are not just another tree.
