Kitty

I remember when we first met.
You were sitting in the car,
when you saw me you said “hello”.
I get to see Kitty when I go home.
My beautiful kitty smells like lollies
and sounds like a door bell.
We laughed together in the sky with Kitty in my hands.
Kitty looks like a clock when Kitty moves with a smile;
Kitty is as white as a paper before a poem goes on it.
Your coat is as red as blood
like a gunshot to the heart.
You’re old and smooth but I don’t care,
You look new and nice;
I like it the way you are.
You look like me and I look like you,
precious kitty is the best.
Everyone cheers for Kitty;
I cheer for Kitty as well.
