Deep in dark green forest lay on mother's stomach, two oak trees stand tall while watching the earth slowly crumble as humanity advances, their long branches stretch out interwinding with each other, keeping each other safe. As the life passes through them, they make life's biggest promise, to stay with each other forever, one day as the forest lit up, orange, red and yellow blazes dance their way through their home, destroying all things that stand in the way. As the dancing devils of heat gracefully glide to the edge, the oak tree slowly cripples to the ground, by then it was too late he was gone, humans reached me in time but now I was alone, left behind. Now I watch over others thinking of how life would be different.
