There and here, they slowly and surely invade,

Burrows as deep as old tree roots

Hop

Hop

Hop

They swiftly find their way into backyards

Spreading rapidly across the open terrain

Hop

Hop

Hop

Beady eyes and fluffy tails                                                                         Squeaky noses from fairy tales

Baby rabbits in the spring                                                                            fighting against the overgrown                                                                                                                                                                                   standing on their back two feet                                                            They can’t wait for something to eat

The glimmer in their eyes send shivers down my spine

I hope one day a little bunny can be mine
