Lost and Found

I’m just sitting there with no meaning and no use
I’ve never been shown, never been acknowledged,
But one day I gave up and fell.
I shattered in more ways than one.

I hear a new voice that I have never heard before.
I listened like it was the last time.
It was a baby
She was the most beautiful person I have ever seen.
Then at that moment I knew it was my time to leave.
I closed my eyes and thought of everything about them.
