Majestic Coral

Great Barrier Reef, 

A natural wonder, 

Striking awe and disbelief, 

The largest living structure. 

But, with coral bleaching, 

Threat to the reef, 

Temperature increasing, 

And coral decease. 

Elkhorn, Staghorn, 

Brain and Bubble, 

Crown of Thorn, 

The reef is in trouble. 

Time is running out,

For not just coral but the reef,

If we continue, coral will die out,

The world will be in grief.

If we reduce plastic waste,

Clean up oceans and stop global warming,

Save the oceans with haste,

Take this poem as a warning.
