Mistreating Our World

The howling wind starts to rise,
As the day slowly becomes night, the rain gets louder,
As if the world was upset,
Not wanting to be abused and mistreated once again,
Mother Nature has come so far,
Just to be destroyed by us human,
We have scarred Mother Nature with our carelessness,
Leaving her scared to grow anything new,
To the point where she will have to take control soon,
The ocean starts to rise as Mother Nature grows mad,
Wanting to banish the dangerous humans that live among her,
She expresses her anger through lightning and screams of thunder,
The trees sway rapidly, the lake and oceans become unstable.
Her precious animals of the world are becoming unsettled,
The ice is melting, at a rate we can’t reverse.
If Climate Change keeps up this pace,
The Human Race will become extinct, our lives will be over in just a blink.
I feel sorrow for Mother Nature, she used to be so full of life.
Now we have ruined her, leaving her dead inside.
