Mother Nature

The trees, the trees
They whisper and dance
Through the wind
Through the breeze
Mother Nature’s in a trance.
The clouds, the clouds
They sulk and cry
Thunder cracks
Lightning strikes
Mother Nature’s life has been a lie.
The sea, the sea
Is still and calm
Gliding onto sand
High-fiving the rocks
Mother Nature brings no harm.
The hills, the hills
Are smooth and bold
Across the land
Up and down
Mother Nature is controlled.
