The view was incredible!
Glistening leaves coloured like a beautiful Jade gem
The trees were quiet and mighty
Each had their own story to tell

As I treaded through
Each story was projected at me
Like I was a screen
As I eagerly waited to see
What secrets lay beneath

The water was inspiring.
The beautiful sparkle of the water
It was like a star was brought down
To bring me hope

I needed to nurture this miracle.
Like a newborn
Not destroy it

It taught me
To just be me
And always have hope
Even in the darkest of times
