My Kidneys

My kidneys make me live
that's pretty important
my blood needs to be filtered
but nobody wants to filter my blood.
Nobody but my kidneys.

I hope my kidneys aren't stolen
then nobody can filter my blood.
My kidneys are doing a good job
because if I'm not dead, that's good.
