When I was four I felt astray
Until I saw her
That cold cold winters day.
I was lost in a world until I touched her fur.

She felt so special
I could barely comprehend.
She made me feel like a pretty pink petal,
Blooming with light without a single dead end.

I show my mum her dark as night eyes
Then I ask to buy the bear.
Please her eyes are like the sunrise.
My mum said yes and like a balloon I filled with air.

After that I thought of a name
I came up with silky for that’s how she felt,
And the name just stuck like a match and a flame
So for silky and I our bound would never melt.

From that day forth we’ve never been far apart
And when stars dance playfully in the moonlight sky we join in no matter the time,
But when I am sad silky is closer to my bleeding heart.
Like a song in the shower we go together and my friend silky is a nursery rhyme.
