The sky is so blue

The sun is so warm up high

I love the summer

The sun pours herself

Into the sea and the world

Overflows with light

The first rain of spring

All the leaves fall from the tree

I watch one by one  

See the sun rays fall

Shooting me with warmth

Gently giving hope

The wind is blowing

I watch as it flies swiftly

I freeze like winter

Cherry blossoms bloom

One by one they fall like leaves

They explode midnight

How calming to hear 

All the crickets sing tonight
