My Silver Bracelet

My Silver Bracelet, oh it’s so thin.
My silver bracelet, I can feel it cold on my skin.
Oh the memories, oh the meanings.
Oh how stunning, when it’s cleaned and gleaming.
On Christmas day, I received my gift.
The year 2015, I got it with a kiss that made my heart lift.
As my parents gave it to me, a treasured object it would be.
Given with care, I knew my bracelet would come with me everywhere,
In a shop it was made, and my name was engraved.
The date is on there too, you should know that I will always keep you,
The silk-like edge, for my promise has been pledged.
I will always keep you, and when I got you, I knew: you are my special thing,
My memory will never fade; I couldn’t go without you for another day.
My silver bracelet is special to me, can’t you see,
My silver bracelet, oh It’s so thin.
My silver bracelet, I can feel it cold on my skin.
