My watch
It's mine
My new watch
Straight out of the box
Not a scratch on it
It even smelt new
The smell of the watch punched me in the face like a stampede of elephants
It was shinier than a diamond in the sun
The colors were sparkly gold and fiery red
It was as bulky as a rhino
I thought to myself that my watch has never been worn before
It was one-of-a-kind
It was mine
The only thing I knew about it was turning on the light
The toughness of this watch was unbelievable
A tank could run over this and it would still be clicking
The only thing that would be broken would be the tank
This watch will be with me for my life
My biggest fear about my watch was getting it dirty
My biggest fear was taking it to either the salty beach or to the dusty bush
My biggest fear was honestly taking it out side
But in end it’s just a watch
It’s mine to keep for life
It’s mine
